What personal data we collect and why we collect it

1. Forms

When you submit a support question we collect your first name, last name and your email address so that we can correspond with you.
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name (only when provided) and your email address so that we can correspond with you.
Your personal data will not only be stored in the website’s database but also in future Campaign Manager, the application we use to send our newsletters and campaign.

2. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site.
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data.
In order to be compliant with the new regulation Google included a data processing amendment.
The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled.
We don’t use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

3. Campaign Manager

We will be using and email campaign manager for our newsletter and campaigns.
 
Our Campaign Manager will be one of the best marketing automation platform and is GDPR compliant. They have a campaign builder that makes it easy to create email templates.
 
In Our Campaign Manager we only store your email address and when provide your name. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
 

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, have purchased products and/or services from us, have subscribed to our newsletter, or have left comments, then we have stored the data you have shared with us and for the sole purpose of providing you with the services you have requested / signed up for. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold on you (if any).
