Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning tasks in various commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and other facilities.
2. Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
3. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
4. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
5. Wipe and disinfect surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windowsills.
6. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to established guidelines.
7. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisition requests when necessary.
8. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective cleanliness goals.
10. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role.
2. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal procedures.
3. Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
5. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment or furniture.
6. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
